Port Blair, April 11: Laying emphasis on the interest of college students of A&N Islands, the National Students Union of India's State General Secretary Mr. Saurav Nair has constituted a nine-point charter of demands and submitted a memorandum regarding the same to the Hon'ble Lt. Governor, A&N Islands on Monday for immediate redressal.

Selva Rani called on Admiral D K Joshi, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, NM, VSM (Retd.), Hon’ble Lt. Governor, A&N Islands and Vice Chairman, Islands Development Agency today at Raj Niwas. The Lt. Port Blair, April 11: During the RT-PCR test conducted on 251 incoming flight passengers yesterday, no positive case has been detected. Today, 16 flights with 2682 passengers arrived, out of which, 2341passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on 269 passengers and the reports are awaited.

Port Blair, April 11: The vaccination drive is continuing smoothly in A&N Islands. As per data available, a total of 6,12,224 beneficiaries in the age group of 18 and above have been vaccinated so far in A&N Islands. Similarly, 23,396 beneficiaries have been vaccinated in the age group of 15 to 18 yrs. and 10,483 beneficiaries have been vaccinated in the age group of 12 to 14 yrs. The number of beneficiaries administered precautionary dose of vaccine so far stood at 13,915.
