Mayabunder, Feb. 9: An Outreach Health Camp was conducted at Government Primary School (GPS), Borang, under AAM Mohanpur, under the supervision of Dr. Alice Bwa, Medical Officer, Dr. R.P. Hospital, Mayabunder on Feb. 6. During the camp, a health awareness session was conducted by Shri Pratap Dhali (APC, ABDM), who briefed students, staff, and beneficiaries on the creation of ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) cards. He highlighted its importance and benefits in accessing digital health services and maintaining lifelong digital health records.
Activities conducted during the camp included screening of all students, health check-up of patients with various ailments & distribution of medicines to beneficiaries by the Medical Officers with the support staff viz. Dr. Thirunani Prudhvi, Pediatrician, Shri Pratap Dhali, APC/ABDM, Shri Sampson Pee, MHW & Smt. S. Punnawati, CHO.
